A book I wrote about money...
(Click for purchase info)
Money Stories is an open look into my forty-year financial journey. It’s an honest conversation about financial successes and failures and the lessons I've learned along the way. It's a chronological walk through the past 40 years of my life and all the money stories that have shaped who I am today. Each chapter details a different time period of my life. My hope is that the stories I share will offer financial guidance (strategies, tips, ideas) along with encouragement and hope.
Every single one of us has a unique money story. We have been molded and made into the human beings we are today because of the stories of our past. We dream about our future by telling ourselves stories that could come to fruition. Money Stories will help motivate you personally to take steps towards rewriting your own money story while also breaking through some of the stigma that surrounds money conversations. My hope is that it will be a catalyst for positive change in your life and subsequently in the lives of those you care about most.

Matthew 6:28-34 (MSG)
“Instead of looking at the fashions, walk out into the fields and look at the wildflowers. They never primp or shop, but have you ever seen color and design quite like it? If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers—most of which are never even seen—don’t you think he’ll attend to you, take pride in you, do his best for you?
What I’m trying to do here is to get you to relax, to not be so preoccupied with getting, so you can respond to God’s giving. People who don’t know God and the way he works fuss over these things, but you know both God and how he works. Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don’t worry about missing out. You’ll find all your everyday human concerns will be met. Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.”
